Our items are perishable, returned or refused items cannot be
resold and are not eligible for refund. We also cannot refund due to donations
that go out to non-profits with every cookie bag purchased.

Packages undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete
address provided are not eligible for a refund.

Orders placed online cannot be refunded if the incorrect
shipping method was chosen resulting in early or late delivery, if there were
spelling or grammatical errors, or for incorrect/ incomplete shipping
addresses.
